Schedule a Cake Pickup

BY SCHEDULING A CAKE PICKUP BELOW
YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

PICKUPS ARE FOR CAKE AND CUPCAKE ORDERS ONLY.
If you place an order for pickup and your order does not contain a cake or cupcake(s),
your order will be cancelled and refunded.

PICKUPS MUST BE SCHEDULED BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY. However please note that if you schedule a pickup and no corresponding order is placed within 24-hours, your pickup will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled.​
 

Location

Orders placed here on our website may only be picked up in Kapolei. We do not offer pickup anywhere else or at any of our retailers. If you'd prefer to purchase our products in-person, please visit one of our retailers found here.

Cancellation Policy for Pickups

To ensure efficient service for all our customers, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations of scheduled pickups. This allows us to accommodate other customers or make necessary adjustments.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Therefore, we allow a maximum of 2 reschedules per order.
Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
 

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

If you fail to show up for your scheduled pickup after two reschedules, you will be charged a $7 inconvenience/storage fee.

If the fee is not paid, we regrettably will no longer be able to accept
future pickup requests from you.

 

At this time, we do not offer delivery as a fulfillment option. We only offer pickups for cake/cupcake orders and shipping for all other treat/merch orders.
