Cancellation Policy for Pickups and Deliveries

To ensure efficient service for all our customers, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations of scheduled pickups or deliveries.
This allows us to accommodate other customers or make necessary adjustments.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Therefore, we allow a maximum of 2 reschedules per order.Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
 

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

If you fail to coordinate your pickup or delivery within the 24-hour notice period or do not show up for your scheduled appointment after two reschedules, you will be charged a $7 inconvenience/storage fee.

If the fee is not paid, we regrettably will no longer be able to accept
future pickup or delivery requests from you.
