Can I pickup?
-Pickup is available ONLY FOR CAKE and CUPCAKE orders.

Where do I pickup a cake/cupcakes I ordered?
-From our home kitchen located in Kapolei.
Our address is sent in our "pickup ready" email which is sent the night before your scheduled pickup date and time.

How long is processing & shipping?

-Processing Time as of January 2025: Up to 1 Week, not including weekends and holidays.
-Shipping varies based on carrier & location, but typically can be anywhere between 2-20 days.

Can I redeem a gift card, discount code and loyalty points all at once?
-Points CAN be redeemed along with gift cards

during checkout but CANNOT be redeemed
along with other promo/discount codes
