​How long is processing & shipping?

-Processing Time as of June 2025: 10-14 business days, not including weekends and holidays.
-Shipping varies based on carrier & location, but typically can be anywhere between 2-20 days.

​Do you offer delivery or pickup for Oahu?

-At this time, Nummy Nums Organic Pet Treats Kapolei LLC does not offer local pickup for online orders.
We know many of our Oʻahu customers love supporting local and want to save on shipping, and we truly appreciate that! However, because our business is run by a very small team with a full production schedule,
we unfortunately cannot accommodate pickups.

Additionally, our treats are already available at multiple retail locations across Oʻahu, neighboring islands, and on the mainland. Because of this, offering pickup separately from our wholesale partners would create conflicts and logistical challenges,
so we kindly ask that all online orders be placed with standard shipping only.

 

We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our small business. If you prefer to shop in person, you can always find our treats at our amazing retail partners like Dis-and-Bark and other locations listed on our website.

-We don’t offer local delivery either at this time, but you can find our products at both Dis-and-Bark locations on Oʻahu or shop online—shipping is available through our website!

 

Can I redeem a gift card, discount code and loyalty points all at once?
-Points CAN be redeemed along with gift cards

during checkout but CANNOT be redeemed
along with other promo/discount codes
