Can I pickup?
-Pickup is available ONLY FOR CAKE and CUPCAKE orders.

Where do I pickup a cake/cupcakes I ordered?
-From our home kitchen located in Kapolei.
Our address is sent in our "pickup ready" email.

How long is processing & shipping?

-Processing Time as of January 2025: Up to 1 Week
-Shipping varies based on carrier & location, but typically can be anywhere between 2-20 days.
Please visit USPS for the most up to date estimates.

 

Can I redeem a gift card, discount code and loyalty points all at once?
-Points CAN be redeemed along with gift cards

during checkout but CANNOT be redeemed
along with other promo/discount codes
